Project Description

TWC lead a portfolio review and renewal strategy in Huron County. The project objectives were to produce a analysis of the housing properties in the County’s portfolio to identify opportunities for intensification and redevelopment. Develop a plan to create more affordable housing units and prepare the county to strategically respond to the future funding opportunities to create affordable housing.

The final report identifies five sites appropriate for infill and new developments.
